  1. Hi,
I think this is a great idea.
I’d like to volunteer for build days. I could also help contact possible locations for community compost bins.
I’m in the Soo Line Garden and I’d like to have you guys there, but so far most gardeners are against it. What’s up with that?
Have you been successful at getting community sites into other community gardens?
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Kathleen

    • Hi Kathleen,
Compost bins can be a divisive subject, huh? Interest is picking up steam though, and we have found lots of places that want them! We’ll contact you by email about our build days — we love volunteers!

  2. Hello Compostadores! I am wondering if you would be interesting in doing a bin build early on a week night, around 5 ish. I have pallets already, etc. I’m thinking that (like me) lots of people have their weekends all scheduled up, and won’t be able to attend, even though they might want to. I also help to organize a few different groups, including Transition Town Phillips, that could rally the troops in our neighborhood on that night. Please let me know, thanks! Or on June 25th, we are having a neighborhood BBQ and wouldn’t mind having a workshop occurring during part of the day.
